Customer success- October wisdom

The sessions we ran in October supported our mission to create connection, foster community and influence change.

The Lunch and Learn with Nimmity Zappert, from Authentic Selling provided insight on how to focus on your customers success and create stronger relationships helping you to grow your business. Nimmity encouraged participants to be having regular conversations with your clients where you may uncover additional opportunities and can increase your understanding of what your market is seeking.


The evening ONLINE event looked at the power of conversation, connection and contribution. It is not always obvious on the first or even second, or third conversations what opportunities may be hidden behind the conversation and it is important to never underestimate who you are speaking too and what opportunities may arise.

Kerryn Powell, was the speaker and provided her scorecard as a measure of where the participants may need to direct their attention to improve their outcomes and drive more business.

Following the insight the group broke into rooms for conversations prompted by the YTM Conversation Starter pack and providing opportunity for our new members to connect with the community.

The evening closed with a ZOOM ROOM Prize of seven minutes focused on others contributing ideas to assist the winner in finding a solution they needwed.

We look forward to the last in person dinner event for 2022, which will be held on 29th November.
